Summary 0007190: Miners pace when thirsty

Steps To Reproduce - Set a water source at a high Z level.
- Dig deep down (I went about 160 z levels apart, total of about 250 tiles from water source to bottom of shaft)
- Designate something to be dug deep
- Wait for miners to get thirsty

Description When setting a designation far from a water source (water source Z layer 149 and mining on Z layer -16), the miner will:

1. Finish mining wall
2. Get thirsty
3. Walk about 20 tiles towards water source
4. Turn around and start mining wall
5. Repeat

They will do this until eventually the mining job is interrupted with "Urist McMiner cancels dig: Water source vanished", then proceed to get a drink.

- Wait for miners to get thirsty
