As an interesting note, dwarves will re-load cage traps with new cages while the old cage is still sitting on top of it. On my particular save, this bug didn't occur until relatively late in the game, if that helps. I've uploaded my save for inspection, and it can be viewed here: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=5070 [^]
(The only stockpile designated to recieve animals is stockpile No. 37; the one immediately in view. There are a few other stockpiles present a few levels up to accept empty cages, but not full ones.) |
