 I can't seem to reproduce this (for one thing, concrete isn't showing up on the material list). It looks to me like you're building it 8 tiles up and 2 right from the end of the longer wall on the left, but this is the list I get:

It looks like a simple type issue with calculating distances, though. Are you using a 32-bit platform, by any chance?
