0008036: Dwarfs won't haul trading goods

Description

Well long story short: Whenever a trading caravan sits in the depot and i assign items to get hauled to it, they just won't do it. Even if i disable all other jobs but hauling(yes, haul trading goods is active) they just sit aorund idling their asses off.

It happened in 40.07 and 40.08

Steps To Reproduce

Start the game.
Play the game.
Wait for Caravans.
Give order to haul things to Depot.

Additional Information

I use Peridexis Errant 0.40.08 and the DwarfTherapist 23.2
And yes, it doesn't matter if i use custom professions or just give the jobs via hand(in DwarfTherapist AND the normal way ingame)
