DescriptionSometimes in the lists (doesen't matter where, in trade menu, in labour selecting list) one element starting to blink, but if it is selected again, the blinking stops.

 Here is a record of a bug, the first vid is the first moment of it, when I scrolled to the next page of list, and the other two happened a few minutes later.

 Try raising the PARTIAL_PRINT number. As it says in init, low values are likely to cause flickering.
