0007641: Unable to Plant Seeds after Unretiring

Description

Set up several farms before retiring as needed to turn computer off. On unretiring, I can no longer allocate seed types to those farms, though the allocations previously issued are still being planted (but cannot be changed). New farms also cannot have orders issued. Seeds are available, not forbidden, and are being produced b a nearby still.

Steps To Reproduce

Build subterranean farm. Assign planting orders. Retire Fort. Unretire fort. Attempt to change planting orders. Build new sub Farm. Attempt to assign planting orders. Build surface farm. Attempt to assign planting orders.

Additional Information

Have tried removing farms, and rebuilding. Forbidding all seeds, and unforbidding. Removing seed stock piles and replacing.

I unretired a fort immediately after I retired it (two weeks passed) and I wasn't able to plant anything in my farm plot (although there was one seed in there, maybe from before I retired it); the farm plot gives me the "no seeds available for your location" message. I deconstructed it and built new ones. Couldn't plant anything in those either. http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=9191 [^]
