My Dwarves just robbed a trade caravan of all their cloth even before they reached the Trade Depot, and shoved them all into bins in my Hospital.
Caught that last swarm on video.
Steps To ReproduceJust guessing here.

-Have a Hospital setup with a few empty bind requiring cloth.
-Wait for traders arrive with cloth hauled by pack animals.
