0001864: Elven caravan becomes overburdened after save/load.
Its spring of year 2 for my fortress, so I don't have a lot of trade goods to offer and I'm trying desperately to save a mood dwarf from going insane. An elven caravan pulled up right as one of my dwarves started claimed a glass furnace on a map with no sand. I slipshod-like, threw a few crafts together to scrounge up enough to trade for sand bags so I could make the guy the raw glass he wants.

Summer arrived, which auto-saved. A few minutes later, my computer crashed (for unrelated reasons). When I reloaded the save, the caravan was all of the sudden about 150 dwarfpounds overburdened. This makes buying stuff from them problematic as they are already in weight debt.

Only other thing that I see worth noting, there's an elephant in a cage that weighs almost 7000 dwarfpounds, not sure if that's normal. Other than that I don't see any unusually weighty items.

Reproduction is problematic. I'm using some pretty seriously modded raws, but I haven't touched elves or elephants. Although come to think of it I did insert CARRY_CAPACITY onto all the pack animals.

Here is what I did.
1)Wait for an (elven?) caravan to arrive and start trading.
2)Trade a few items for a few items. (i traded some leather crafts and some leather armor hunters had arrived with)
3)(auto?)Save.
4)Reload.
5)Check caravan carrying capacity to see if its overburdened.
I wonder what will happen if I leave them overburdened?

"I wish I could take so much, but my animals....." *sound of a Mule's spine shattering*

Maybe one of the animals gave birth?

Hold on let me check between the legs of the animals they brought....

Only 1 Jaguar was female, the rest were male. There was no male jaguar in the bunch (or on my map) to shoot spores at the female. There's also no jaguar cubs anywhere in evidence. I have the cage the jaguar came in, and there's no cubs there. It was a fairly small caravan, and I eventually ended up buying all the animals: 3 different kinds of monkeys, a jaguar, a cougar, and an elephant.

If it reproduces, it'd be helpful to upload the save.
