0001965: Elven caravans either leave their goods at the depot or never leave.

Description

I've noticed the elven caravans arrive with a CRAPLOAD of goods. So much, in fact, that they start to leave even before they have finished unloading at the depot. I managed to trade with the first caravan before it left, but when they did leave they left every single item they had on my depot, including a mated pair of grizzly bears (!!!) and other exotic animals. All these items are apparently owned by me now (and I didn't buy a single one). I'm certainly not complaining, since I now have six war grizzlies chained up at my fortress entrance. The second elven caravan that came hasn't left yet... despite it being there for about a year.
