Summary0000249: Error Message "No mud/soil for farm" When Attempting To Build Above Ground Plot
DescriptionWhen you try to make an above ground farm plot, and it hasn't been irrigated yet, you get the message "No mud for underground farm [...]". Honestly, I think the adjective describing which kind of farm it is is unnecessary, seeing as how both types need to be irrigated.
Steps To ReproduceTry to make a farm above ground that is on a non-muddy area.

Note the error is still present as of 34.05, but the text just says "no mud/soil for farm".

I had the case where the message was there, and no one ever came to plant anything, with crops designated, plenty farmers and seed available in 34.04.
