Summary0000029: Run-time when trying to access Pri/Assignments in Military Equipment screen.
DescriptionGame appears to throw a run-time error when attempting to view the Pri/Assignment subsection after viewing Uniform section. I do not have any military or any actual uniform/equipment configurations yet.
Steps To Reproduce-Open Military screen.
-Go to Uniform section.
-Go to Equipment section.
-Attempt to access Pri/Assignments subsection.

I've managed to replicate it - if you attempt to access the Pri/Assignments without having any squads created the game crashes *most* of the time. Sometimes it doesn't, though, which is kind of weird.

Only seems to crash if you are in Equipment screen and select Assign uniforms and then try to press (P) for Pri/Assignments while no squads exist.

Replicate: No squads
