Description

So I finally got magma smelters working. Was going to finish some mandates until I find out that I couldn't make any alloys (they don't show up in tasks page). So I thought that maybe I don't have the required bars. So I got to smelt nickel, silver, and copper. In the end, I still couldn't get the alloys to show up in the magma smelter tasks page, so I assigned the jobs through manager (make 5 nickel silver bars). That got validated, but when the dwarf went to work, I got this message:

Udil Ralerar, Animal Dissector cancels Make nickel silver bars: Needs 150 copper bars.

Is this like a quantity (like threads)? I can't possibly create 150 bronze bars just to sate a mandate.

Haven't reproduced yet.

Additional Information

Had 3 magma smelters and 3 above-ground smelters, but strangely enough they have different tasks (2 conventional smelters can produce other alloys [billion], while another conventional smelter shows the "no fuel/bars available". My magma smelters all can smelt ores, but can't make alloys.)

I also put my bars in bins.
