Summary0003137: Speardwarf's skill level listed incorrectly on military screen
DescriptionI have a skilled speardwarf. When he is scrolled over in potential soldiers for a squad, it lists him as a 'compotent speardwarf,' but when he is added to the squad, it lists him as skilled again. This is not happening for my other units.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationI checked the dwarf outside of the military screen, and his skill is not changing.

Can you clarify what you mean by his skill is not changing (outside of military screen)?

I made sure that his actual skill, as listed by (v), did not change, when in or out of the squad.

I've noticed this before. Great Marksdwarf was only really Talented. Minor to me, but probably a bug nonetheless.
