Summary0003767: Dwarf leaves burrow to sleep in dorm, sleeps on floor in dorm
DescriptionAssigning an engraver to a new burrow for some priority-smoothing of walls, he decided after a few jobs to sleep. Instead of sleeping on the floor in the burrow, he walked a fairly sizable distance away from the burrow to the dormitory/hospital. Instead of using a bed, however, he hopped on the floor right beside an empty bed and had a negative thought about the rough cave floor.
Steps To ReproduceAssign a dwarf with no assigned bed to a burrow that has no beds.
Make sure there are public beds available and wait for him to get tired.

Yes.

I made a new fortress and made a small room for a burrow. After a long (40ish) hallway, I placed a few beds in another small room and made it a dorm. Slightly closer to the borrow, I placed one more bed left to be a claimable room as a test. All dwarves were assigned to the burrow. As each one decides to sleep, they run down the hall, pass the claimable room, and plop down on the dorm floor.

What happens if the claimable room and/or the dorm are included in the burrow?

Added the dorm and bedroom to the burrow:
First dwarf ignored them and slept on the floor (I believe he triggered the sleep job before the change took place).
Next dwarf claimed the bedroom.
Last two slept in beds and properly triggered the "slept without a proper bedroom" thought.

I am experiencing this bug in 0.40.10.
Two dwarves are sleeping on the dormitory floor. Both dwarves are assigned to burrows which do not contain the dormitory. Both dwarves have their own bedrooms inside their assigned burrows.
