Summary0004481: Former Captain of the guard continues to beat criminals
DescriptionEven after I removed my fortress captain of the guard from his position, he continues to beat criminals which is especially bad since he keeps getting an axe of some sort (not sure if he's a woodcutter though, pretty sure he's a siege engineer only).

Additional Information* Not yet checked on 0.31.25 if the problem still exists
* I just used 'r'eplace and set the position to vacant
