Summary0004499: Missing creature names in memorial slab list in workshop

Some of these missing names are dwarves. Creating and building these nameless slabs has put several undead to rest.

Steps To Reproduce1. Load save.
2. Go to a Craftsdwarf's Workshop.
3. Go to the slab engraving menu.
4. Scroll down until some are eerily missing.
