Summary | 0004508: Butchery yeilds ignored by dwarves |
Description | Raw skins, Bones, and Fat from butchered creatures are left in the butchery. Skulls are hauled as normal to refuse stockpiles. Tanning shop and kitchen still show "Tan hide" and "render fat" as red and unable to queue. Dwarves with all hauling jobs ignore the fat, bones and skin and they're never moved to refuse pile.

The second part sounds like an instance of the more generic 'materials are ignored by workshop menu if not in correct stockpiles' bug that ails at least kitchen(fat), screwpress, soap maker, butcher and tanner.
It affects "auto kitchen" as well, but not "auto fishery."
I had a pile of fat in butchery, but main food stockpile was full. I built another kitchen and a fat-only stockpile next to it. That started fat rendering. |
