0004653: dust from cave-in has random material

Description

When testing in arena mode, I inadvertantly caused a cave-in with unsupported obsidion stone. The blocks fell through a few layers of flooring. This produced dust on several of the surrounding squares, but the dust was composed of random materials as opposed to the untyped rock in arena mode.

Steps To Reproduce

I was unable to reproduce this as I am unsure as to what situation results in the creation of rock dust from a cave-in. Other cave-ins created to try to duplicate this did not produce any dust.

This seems to be related to the earlier 0.31.x bug which caused the blocks from cave-ins to have a random material
