Platform | Apple iMac | OS | Mac OS | OS Version | 10.7.2
Product Version | 0.31.25
Target Version | Fixed in Version
Summary | 0004993: Dwarf Fortress will not open in Lion
Description | Consistently, in every single computer running Macintosh 10.7 (Lion) that I have tried opening it in, Dwarf Fortress will not run. Terminal opens, and this message repeats before the program stops attempting to open: dwarfort.exe(4690,0xac7242c0) malloc: *** error for object 0x1906674: pointer being freed was not allocated *** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug /Users/Griffin/Downloads/df_osx 2/df: line 5: 4690 Bus error: 10 ./dwarfort.exe logout
Steps To Reproduce | This occurs with both 31.25 and 31.22 on every Lion computer I have access to (one Mac Mini, one newer iMac, and one four-year-old iMac). I have no idea if this is just a problem with my computers or if this would happen on other OS Lion computers. On a computer running 10.6, DF runs perfectly fine.
