Summary0005149: Leather shops and cloth shops in towns are always empty
DescriptionEvery single leather shop / cloth shop I've entered has absolutely nothing to sell, either lying on the ground or in the merchants' trade menus.

These are the shops literally described as "leather shops" and "cloth shops", mind you, not the shops that sell cloth and leather clothes.

Is this happening to anyone else? It's happened to me in every town I've visited.

I've actually found a single leather shop that had leather for sale, but most are empty. Similarly, I've found many food import stores to be empty (but again, not all of them).
