Summary0005410: Huge Lag spikes in some areas of towns, lots of abandoned housing, almost impossible to travel in area.
DescriptionBasically some areas of the towns are almost impossible to travel in, the lag spikes are tremendous making you have to pause for 10 to 20 seconds for each movement.
Fps shows 110fps then drops down to 5 and then up again making no sense either.
Seems to be centered close to the sewers and in areas where there's lots of tables.
Will attach an save of the area.
Fast Travel is also affected.

Steps To ReproduceGenerate a Medium sized world, 250y age.
Travel to the shopping district of a large town.
Additional Information*Lots of Abandoned houses /shops in the area.
*Obviously lots of tables as well.
