DescriptionThinking to save a noble slot I assigned the guard captain and hammerer to the same dwarf.

Convict a vampire -> spams "beating cancelled, invalid officer" messages.
Removed from the hammerer position, beating commences.

What I wanted was a beating with the hammer. How many bodies do we have to find before it's a capital offense?

Reproduced in 0.42.03 - hammerer & captain of the guard were the same dwarf & got a bunch of "beating cancelled, invalid officer" messages. (Justice was against a human visitor, FWIW.)
