Description

in military screen, copying an order while "tab"bed over to the "order's list", then "tab"bing back to the months list and then attempting to paste the order causes the game to freeze and then crash as "not responding"

Steps To Reproduce

go to military screen. Hit Tab to select an order and edit it. Press "C", the current month has a (C)next to it now and is in the "copy" state. Next, hit tab again to hi-lite one of the months. At this point, a crash should occur, although it might be happening when I press "P" to paste, it's hard to tell.
