Summary | 0005762: Vampire kills four, gets convicted, sentenced to beating (also, spouse not reporting murder he saw) |
Description | Screenshot: http://oi42.tinypic.com/6riwdt.jpg [^]
Save: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=6085 [^]
Pretty much what it says on the tin. Four murders deserves more than a beating.
Could this light sentence be intentional for convictions without witnesses? I actually saw the vampire do the deed. What he did was go into a room occupied by a Shearer, drain her of blood, then exit. Her husband was in the same room, watching it all happen, but did not report the crime.
Then he gets a beating, and is happy to have it reduced. I have a hammerer, though, and this deserves hammerstrikes. |
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Load save.
2. View justice screen, see mis-sentenced vampire mason. |

Notes |
|
|
Reminder sent to: AbuDhabi Did you build a restraint? See 0005172. |
|
|
|
As it happened, the first time, there was no restraint built. He was sentenced for four murders, no witnesses. Result: beating.
Then, I built a bunch of cages, designated a jail. All proper-like, it showed up as being a proper jail in the justice screen. I sentenced him for a new murder, plus all the unsolved cases from a tantrum a few years back. Result: beating.
The presence or absence of jails did not seem to make a difference. |

Oh, you mean like chains? No, no chains. Only cages. |
