Summary | 0006860: After severing a neck, the head-neck chunk is labeled as "neck" instead of "head" |
Description | If you target a neck and it is severed, the only body part severd is the neck - somehow the head continues attached to the body. |
Steps To Reproduce | Hit someone in the neck with a slashing weapon, severes it, triy to find the severed head |
Additional Information | It is a old bug, tried to find a related but it looks like it was overlooked. |

It may just be a naming problem. The game may call it a neck, but it probably has the head attached. Other body parts do the same, but it is more correct in the naming sense for them. |

He's right, even though the gib is called a neck the head is still attached to it.
If you butcher it you'll still get a skull and a brain, and if a necromancer raises it you can see the head and its affiliated parts as attack targets. |

I never actually encountered this. And severing the neck is the primary attack for most of my adventurers.
