Summary0007076: Cannot run the game
DescriptionWhen I start up the game, I choose adventure mode, it proceeds to say "updating game" with the dwarf fortress calendar. It crashes and fixes it self multiple times, but only for a few seconds. After a while, i can no longer open the window of the game nor can I close it.

You probably meant it freezes then fixes itself several times?

But generally calendar is that slow now. Toady plans to work on speeding it up after he fixes the worst bugs.
For now I advice you to use smaller worlds, so history updates faster. Preferably worlds smaller than Medium.
