Summary0007166: Migrants to fortress are listed as hostile and stuck at map edge, similar to the trader bug.
DescriptionThe very first migrant wave my fortress got has a farmer who's listed as hostile, displayed with "@", and who's stuck at the map edge unmoving. No other migrants arrived on the map, so this farmer is blocking all other migrants from entering.
Steps To ReproduceLet a fortress run until migrants arrive and a dwarf is listed as hostile.
