Summary0007555: Unretired fort has no dwarves, unpausing causes immediate "Your fortress has crumbled"
DescriptionI unretired a fort that was apparently reclaimed by dwarves during the 2 week calendar time. Problem is, there are no dwarves at the fort. Only hostile human traders and wild fire man. After unpausing the settlement immediately crumbles.

There are actually a fair number of humans (30-40) occupying that fortress, as well as a goblin, and nearly all of them are unconscious. The actual problem may be that forts can be unretired if a non-dwarf race is occupying them, possibly if they were taken over during the two-week updating process.
