Summary | 0007762: Cave-in stopped by tree, results in floor tiles stuck in branches and a subsequent cave-in if tree is felled |
Description | In previous versions, cave-ins destroyed trees. In this version, I caved in a natural stone floor above several cavern trees and the trees survived. Unfortunately, parts of the floor remained trapped around the tree caps, causing subsequent cave-ins whenever the trees were logged.
While the more durable trees may be intentional, it would be nice if their branches/caps didn't end up supporting random floor tiles, making them deathtraps to fell. |
Steps To Reproduce | cave-in a stone floor above a cavern tree
admire the floating floor tiles surrounding the tree
designate the tree for chopping
watch as your tree-cutting dwarf is injured/killed by the subsequent cave-ins |
