0007762: Cave-in stopped by tree, results in floor tiles stuck in branches and a subsequent cave-in if tree is felled
In previous versions, cave-ins destroyed trees. In this version, I caved in a natural stone floor above several cavern trees and the trees survived. Unfortunately, parts of the floor remained trapped around the tree caps, causing subsequent cave-ins whenever the trees were logged.

While the more durable trees may be intentional, it would be nice if their branches/caps didn't end up supporting random floor tiles, making them deathtraps to fell.

Alternatively, floors supported by trees should fall with the tree, away from the woodcutter. Experienced woodcutters in real life ensure everything supported by the tree goes in only one way.

Happens with soil as well, not only stone. I recently got one woodcutter killed by getting a tile of sand floor dropping on him after felling the tree supporting it.
