Summary0009097: Outpost liaison doesn't initiate trade if your mayor is training in the militia.
DescriptionThe outpost liaison showed up, but seemingly never spawned. Upon closer inspection however, he was standing next to my mayor as he was sparring, following him around everywhere. As soon as I took my mayor off of training schedule where he switched from swordmaster to mayor, he was able to initiate negotiations. Unfortunately, his wagons don't spawn in when this happens, so it's a year that you miss trading with the homemountain. The same situation has happened to me before, but it wasn't till now that I realized what it was. I haven't tried to reproduce it yet, but it shouldn't be difficult.

Additional InformationIt might also be worth noting that the mayor was elected while he was in his training schedule, so his profession never got a chance to change.
