Summary0000911: ENVIRONMENT frequency parameter seems to have no effect (0.31.02)
DescriptionI changed the frequency of some of the entries in inorganic_stone_mineral.txt from 100 to 16000 (e.g., [ENVIRONMENT:SEDIMENTARY:VEIN:16000]), generated a new world and embarked, but the minerals with 16000 frequency seemed to be no more frequent than before.
