Summary | 0001260: Salt water given to a resting dwarf |
Description | A bucket full of "water laced with salt" taken from a well over an ocean will be brought to a thirsty resting dwarf. There were already several buckets of this water near the well from previous jobs to fill ponds, which may have influenced this. |
Steps To Reproduce | I have not explicitly tried to reproduce this, though it doesn't seem like something that would be a fluke. This may also allow them to drink directly from the well, but again, I haven't tried this. |
Additional Information | Wells in 40d were believed to have magical water purifying powers (which in and of itself was probably a bug), but the impurities in water in 31.x are plainly visible in buckets of the water, so it doesn't make sense that dwarves are able to drink what is obviously salt water. They should still be able to bucket brigade it, though. |
