Summary0001937: Animal Hauler Caught in Loop When Hauling Out of Burrow
DescriptionI had a rope built outside a burrow and my animal trainer was in the process of moving a bull from a built cage to the rope. An ambush occurred (not to the animal hauler) and I ordered all civilians to return to the burrow. The animal hauler then cancels the hauling job but does not let go of the bull. Every job it then starts to take gets canceled immediately (handling dangerous creature) and my announcement log got 150 pages filled immediately. This continues to happen despite unassigning the bull from the rope and assigning the bull back to its original cage. The hauler abandoned the bull once the alert is lifted.

 I had the same issue today in 31.25

Dwarf tried to move an animal back to the pasture after milking.
I ordered everyone inside because of an ambush and got flooded with announcements.

I would consider this a major bug because the game froze for several seconds, then the FPS dropped to 6.

Might be the same as 3911.

 This slows my whole system to a crawl I was lucky to get it back without ssh'ing in
