Summary0003368: Stacks and single goblin bones go to different stockpiles.
DescriptionStacks of goblin bones go to stockpiles set to only receive bones; but once the stack is reduced to a single bone, they are instead moved to a stockpile set to only receive corpses.
Steps To ReproduceConfigure two stockpiles, one to receive only corpses, one only bones.

Get some goblin bones; the the easiest way is probably to drop one from sufficient height that it'll blow apart and then waiting for the bits to rot.

Craft some bone items.

 I've actually found that when I get stacks of goblin "bone"s, my bone carvers will make bolts out of them until the stack is down to only 1 unit, at which point they return it to the refuse stockpile and refuse to touch it again.

It's probably something to do with how it tracks other components within the body part - once it's down to only 1 "bone", it probably only consists of stuff like cartilage and sinew (which aren't usable), which would probably make the root problem be that it's still calling it a "bone" when it isn't usable as such.

 Ah, yes, now that the rest of my bones are gone, I see that my dwarves haven't used those to make bolts, and won't use them for a mood.
