0003429: dwarf stuck as webbed, getting hundreds of announcements

Description

after a giant spider attacked a worker dwarf, he became webbed, unable to do anything. main issue is that i was constantly receiving announcements saying that he wanted to rest, but it was cancelled:webbed. very annoying having this happen, not sure if he can be freed from webs, been a couple of seasons and it hasn't happened...
