0004946: Smelting sterling silver recipe

Description

Smelting sterling silver actually requires 450 (!!) silver bars!

I have these ingredients in my stock:
40 +- silver bars
90 +- copper bars
100 +- charcoal

In my magma smelter, smelting s.silver job is always red (unavailable), i finally tried with job manager and then i received messages like:
"Urist McSmelter cancels Make sterling silver bars: Needs 450 silver bars."

It sounds very strange to me, I think it may be a bug.
