Summary0005169: Marksdwarves will not train on archery targets
DescriptionIt seems that marksdorfs will no longer train with archery targets.

Steps To ReproduceLoad the following fortress: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=5533 [^]

This fortress was set up specifically to test archery training. It includes two archery targets, a barracks, seven quivers, seven copper crossbows, and several hundred wooden and copper bolts. All that is left is setting up the military.

However, it is impossible to get marksdorfs to train on the targets.

 I fixed this problem as it relates to the new version. Sludge Man's save worked once I fixed the bug (and set up the squad and training etc.). Orkel2's save also need the target that was set from left to right to be set from top to bottom. But there was a basic bug stopping all archery training and that'll be fixed for next time -- it's a new one that came up when it was trying to say why orders weren't being followed (and ended up screwing the check up entirely).
