0005388: Berzerk Dwarf removed from civ doesn't receive burial

Description

One of my dwarves went crazy, was removed from the civ, and placed in the "other" column as hostile. After he died, even though his corpse was in one piece, he was never given a proper burial, despite his corpse being easily reachable, and despite there being plenty of available coffins marked to accept dwarves.
