Summary0005459: Dead inoperable tiles created when carving ice
DescriptionI took the opportunity to build a moat around my tower when the river froze... however, a handful of tiles at one corner became ... void. Nothing was there; water would not fill them in... nothing could be done with them.
Steps To ReproduceWell, not sure... I carved channels into a frozen river; put down rock floor initially, but tore them out in favor of deepening the moat another z-level... and which point a handful of consecutive tiles became null.
Additional InformationI have a save game (zipped) demonstrating this (it contains a couple bits of unique content (extra type of metal, smelter, a few extra words, creature graphics) but is otherwise the same as default content. Not seeing immediately where to upload the file, though

 Yes, yes it does... i did a tentative search for ice first, but didn't see that one. Total dupe. Can still supply a save game if needed and I know where to upload it
