0000664: Warthogs have no TRADE_CAPACITY leading to empty caravans

Description

Warthogs have the [PACK_ANIMAL] tag but no [TRADE_CAPACITY] tag. My first elven caravan brought two warthogs and nothing else, so the caravan was empty.
