0007664: Problems with wild creatures placed on restraints

Description

When a wild creature is placed on a restraint, it disappears from creature-assignment menus (e.g. another chain, a cage, a pasture). Meanwhile, a dwarf will grab an empty cage and stick the restrained creature inside. Now the creature is both caged and restrained, and it shows up in the creature-assignment menu as restrained. Building the cage containing the restrained creature causes a dwarf to grab yet another cage, and transfer the creature from the built cage and the restraint to the carried cage. (If no additional cage is available, dwarf "cancels Unchain Animal: Need empty cage.")
