Steps To Reproduce

- Place lava on a tree in arena mode and wait for the tree to finish burning (leaving behind only dead trunks/branches/twigs).
- Create a creature in open space directly above a dead trunk.
- Assume control of the creature and attempt to move.

Additional Information

This isn't exactly a "hang" - DF continues to respond to input, but doesn't act on it (even Ctrl-A doesn't work). Other events are processed (e.g. grass continues to burn). This does not occur before assuming control of a creature.
Testing this in adventure mode would be extremely difficult, but "Adventure mode - movement" seems more appropriate than "Arena".
