My character killed a long time ago a titan named :
Maquaba Mothgut the Cyclopean Leaf of Forests , marsh titan.

My companions from that time died, but i spread the new that i slew that titan in a couple of towns.

Then i took new allies and with that party we explored more of the world.
One of the member of my current party, a spearman told me that to glorify us etc... i should hunt Maquaba Mothgut the Cyclopean Leaf of Forests , marsh titan.
I said nothing, just continued my walk.

Later again the spearman said the same thing, a bit curious i asked him the direction to that titan, with a "i don't know" as a reply.
I told the spearman that i slew that titan ... the spearman replied "it was inevitable" reply from him.

Later, the spearman said again the same thing again.
You can see it in the save by pressing A and reading the dialogues.

Looks like the information about the titan death is not propagating or registering at all for the AI.
