| Summary | 0008394: Manually stationed soldiers will not fight back |
| Description | Stationed melee and ranged solders will not fight back against attacking sieges. They will block and dodge, but it appears that no attack actions are ever generated.
Changing orders to kill will not cause them to attack. Only cancelling orders completely and then issuing a kill command makes them attack. This makes ranged attackers almost worthless.
Note, this is only when squads are set manually stationed; when it is part of their squad's schedule it works as expected.
Two savegames are attached: first is a siege of human wrestlers (weird). Second is a run-of-the-mill goblin siege. In both cases the soldiers are pre-stationed, and the game only need to be unpaused to see the result. Reproduction thusfar has been 100%. |
