The humans having caves is normal, various groups will claim caves (besides bandits/criminals) during worldgen and while worldgen is running post worldgen.

Also, what you uploaded is the .exe, not the save file. What you need to do is zip the region save you're currently using (which would be in C\... dwarf fortress\data\saves and named region1 or whatever number) and then upload that.

Cave sites (aside from bandits) are a very incomplete thing right now. No idea what's up with the puddle of dwarven beer though, robably a consequence of the incompleteness of cave sites.
