0009338: Lava going everywhere after unretirement

Description

My fortress has a tube of magma that comes up from the magma sea into Cavern level 2. After unretirement, magma appears to have begun flowing over the top of this tube, setting everything on fire and slowly flooding cavern level 3.

This is very entertaining, and would make for a fairly hilarious feature if it just happened as a random upwelling of magma, but right now it just seems like a bug.
