Summary0009680: Cannot open the df executable.
DescriptionI have played DF on this computer before, but it has been awhile. I decided to get back into it and downloaded the newest release only to find that when I try to run it, it shows a blank page in the dock and loads infinitely until I manually kill it. The error log only says "Unrecognized Announcement Token: TRAVEL_ADVISORY".

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
Steps To ReproduceI have tried multiple versions of the past releases, and they all end up doing the same thing. I have also updated X11 and tried to delete the "TRAVEL_ADVISORY" file in the init data files, to no success.

 Does changing PRINT_MODE to STANDARD in data/init/init.txt help?

 Yes! That did help! I cannot play in full screen though, is that normal with that change?

 The main issue here is 0002624, so I'm resolving this as a duplicate.
If you can't play in full screen, try the fix in 0005260. (That should also make PRINT_MODE:2D work, although STANDARD can be more efficient.)
