0002939: wounded marksdwarf cancels rest due to enemy who isn't there anymore

Description

a marksdwarf got caught in a hailstorm of goblin bolts, suffering several major injuries. the recover job was cancelled several times, since the area was outside my burrow. after the siege was over, he got recovered (burrow assignments turned off), but once he got carried to hospital, the he instantly canceled rest due to a crossbowgoblin long dead/gone/caged (unclear).
what i tried:
- deleted squad, set it inactive, removed barracks, canceled all orders
- removed/reassigned hospital zone, destroyed bed
- interrupted all possible paths outside the hospital area, using locked doors, even walling it in

Steps To Reproduce

- watch as the bed gets deconstructed, the dwarf gets recovered and instantly cancels resting, reverting to "soldier" status
