Descriptionthe duke/mayor is demanding a fine pewter slab in his office/throne room. this item cannot be made at the forge. (his mandates are usually fine pewter items, slabs, shields, and enormous corkscrews).

Additional Informationyear 10 of fort, late spring. duke/mayor is the original expedition leader. his current mood is 'quite content'. only one criminal, from an export restriction occurring after trading.

No, as "Fine Pewter is an alloy of tin and copper. " and "(slabs) can be made using one stone at the mason's workshop."

he wants a slab made of metal. there is currently no way to make a slab of metal. I've looked at the job manager as well. this is an impossible request, and as such is a bug.

There's currently no overarching bug report for impossible mandates, although 0000782 is similar. I'm tempted to mark as related to 0000823 though.

This is pretty much a duplicate of 0000944 - demands for furniture which cannot possibly be produced (outside of a strange mood).
