0001049: Doctors keep applying healthcare with no results.

Description

Dwarfs were wounded in combat, very minor injuries, so the injuries may ahve healed before the doctors even got to them. Just various gashes, bruises. No major injuries. When diagnosed at the hospital, the doctors keep giving them sutures and dressings which are needed, but they don't apply. The threads and clothes just pile up on the bed tile and never are actually used ti looks like. The doctors are gaining experience from this, but the injuries have not been treated, so the they are forced to stay there until they are treated, which it appears like that will ever happen. This is a major bug when your hospital is full of high-skill dwarfs that can't be used in combat

Steps To Reproduce

Seems to happen when dwarfs wounds are healed before a doctor even touches them.
